Agency Mission

The Temporary State Commission of Investigation is a bi-partisan fact-finding agency which investigates and reports on organized crime, racketeering, the conduct of public officers, and other matters affecting public peace, safety and justice.

Year-to-Year Change

The Executive requests $3,121,000 in State Operations appropriation for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2001-02, a decrease of $43,000 from SFY 2000-01 funding level.

Legislative Changes

The Assembly makes no changes to the Executive's proposal.
