Agency Mission

The Hudson River Park Trust was created by Chapter 592 of the Laws of 1998, which provided for the creation of the Hudson River Park along Manhattan's West Side. The Trust is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the Park and is governed by a thirteen member board.

Year-to-Year Change

The Executive proposes a $13,000,000 decrease from the Hudson River Park Fund and a $32,000,000 decrease in the State funded advance appropriation.

The Assembly makes no changes to the Executive's proposal.
