Agency Mission

The State University Construction Fund is a public benefit corporation established in 1962 to serve as the construction agent for academic buildings, dormitories, and other facilities at State operated institutions and statutory colleges under the jurisdiction of the State University of New York (SUNY). Consistent with the Master Capital Construction Plan of the State University, the Fund oversees the construction, acquisition, reconstruction and rehabilitation or improvement of such facilities.

Year-to-Year Change

The Executive recommends a total appropriation of $10,900,000 for State Fiscal Year 2001-02. This represents an increase of $74,000 above 2000-01 levels.
