Assemblywoman Gunther Announces Middletown District Office Move

Carmel Wilson to join Gunther’s staff as Constituent Services Manager

Middletown, NY – Assemblywoman Aileen Gunther (D, I, WF -Forestburgh) today announced the re-location of her Middletown District Office to Middletown City Hall, Third Floor. The office was formerly occupied by Congressman Maurice Hinchey.

“While I have always had an office in Middletown, the new, larger space, at a more convenient location, will provide better access for the people I represent in the City of Middletown and the Towns of Wallkill and Mt. Hope,” said Assemblywoman Gunther. “I thank Mayor Joe DeStefano for his hospitality and generosity and look forward to continuing our great partnership.”

Assemblywoman Gunther also announced that Carmel Wilson has joined her staff as Constituent Services Manager. Ms. Wilson previously served the Office of Congressman Maurice Hinchey in the same location.

“In addition to being a familiar face, Carmel has a wealth of knowledge and experience in government and constituent service,” said Assemblywoman Gunther. “I’m proud to have her as part of our team. She will be a tremendous asset.”

The Middletown District Office will be open 9 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Constituents needing assistance are encouraged to either come in or call the office at 845-342-9304.
