Lieutenant Governor Delgado Administers Oath of Office to Assemblyman Santabarbara in Schenectady
Lieutenant Governor Antonio Delgado administered the Oath of Office to Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara in a hybrid (both in-person and virtual) ceremony on Tuesday, January 3rd in their hometown of Schenectady.
“My focus has always been putting you first and delivering real results to help make our community safer, stronger, and more affordable. I believe that together we have moved towards those goals,” said Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara. “I’ve worked to pass common-sense legislation like suspending the gas tax, passing my emergency home heating bill, and a small business grant program, supporting our community’s job creators and the families who are the heart and soul of New York State.”
“And 2023 will be no different: At every level of government, we need to renew efforts this year to help working families who are still struggling and focus on ways to help them keep more money in their pockets,” Santabarbara added. “We also need to help people get back into the workforce to rebuild our economy and prioritize the well-being of our community.”
