“During my time in the State Assembly, I’ve never stopped fighting for our local schools to ensure that all our children are equipped for life with a high-quality education and, this year, I’m proud to deliver the full funding that they deserve. It will bring the Schenectady City School District nearly $200 million, a 13.6% increase from last year’s budget, along with $4.7 million to support universal pre-K programs. Bringing home these vital resources will help us build a brighter future for our children and our state.”
