• Enhanced Communication Tools: He led the creation of New York’s first Disability ID Card, which helps individuals with disabilities communicate effectively with first responders during emergencies.
• Autism Training for First Responders: Santabarbara championed the implementation of autism training programs for first responders to ensure better communication and understanding during emergency situations.
