Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara, in partnership with Hill & Markes, Inc., a family-owned wholesale distributor, delivered backpacks full of school supplies for students in need to the Fort Plain Central School District as part of the “Backpack Giveback” program – this year’s goal of providing 1,000 backpacks filled with supplies and a motivational note to help benefit children in need for the upcoming school year.
