Assemblyman Santabarbara to Present Proclamation to Emma White, Olympic Medalist

Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara announced that he will be presenting a proclamation to Emma White, a representative of the United States Cycling Team in the 2020 Olympic Games. The proclamation will honor Emma White for bringing pride to her family, community and our nation by winning a bronze medal in the cycling team pursuit.
