This week in Albany, Assemblyman Brian Manktelow R,C,I, Ref. Lyons met with Jenny Clark, a teacher at Marion Elementary School to discuss teaching children about agriculture. It's important not only so young people know where their food comes from, but also so they can understand how agriculture impacts economics in area where they are growing up. He looks forward to becoming more active in Agriculture in the Classroom programs and was also glad to hear that Jenny will continue a garden program in her district.
