Assemblyman Charles D. Fall is Appointed Assistant Majority Leader

This week, Assemblyman Fall (D-Richmond, Manhattan and Kings Counties) traveled to Albany for the inauguration of Governor Kathy Hochul and the official opening of the 2023 Legislative Session.

Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie officially announced that Assemblyman Fall would assume the position of Assistant Majority Leader. The Assemblyman will continue to serve as the Chair of the Subcommittee on Consumer Fraud Protection and remain on the Aging, Cities, Consumer Affairs, Corporations, Governmental Employees, and Tourism, Parks, Arts & Sports Development Committees.
