Extremely happy to announce that the Assembly Majority has made historic investments in this year’s budget including $47 Million increase in Aid to Prosecution, including $7 Million to disrupt fentanyl supply chains and prosecute overdose deaths. $80 Million in operating aid for District Attorney's related discovery; and a new $75 Million for technological and capital upgrades in support of discovery.
