Mark Your Calendar for Assemblymember Lavine’s ‘Coffee Chats’

Glen Cove, New York – Assemblymember Charles Lavine (D-North Shore) is giving his constituents the opportunity to meet with him in person to help improve the quality of life in the 13th Assembly District. Lavine’s Coffee Chats will take place on the first three Saturdays in May in Plainview, Hicksville, and Glen Cove. The aim is to give the residents of the 13th AD the opportunity to meet and interact with Assemblymember Lavine about items of concern in relation, but not limited to liaising with state agencies, accessing government benefits and forms, learning about state government, veterans’ assistance, community concerns regarding the environment, traffic/road repairs, LIRR/commuting, and any other quality of life matters. See the attached flyer with the complete schedule of dates and locations.
“I look forward to meeting with my constituents to discuss their issues of concern,” Lavine said.“This series of dates is a great way to not only provide them whatever help they might need with a particular matter, but to make things better for all residents of the district,” he added.
