Westbury, New York – Assemblymember Charles Lavine (D-Glen Cove) has secured a programmatic funding grant for the Westbury Senior Citizens Center. The funding will be used to helpprovide seniors with a wide variety of programs and services.Lavine stopped by the Center today to greet his senior citizen constituents who are benefitting from this funding.
“There is no better investment in our community than in our social centers for seniors. In the years since I have lived in Nassau County, we have seen the senior citizen centers provide such wonderful opportunities, not just for seniors, but for our entire community, Lavine said.”
