“On May 3, Gov. Hochul stood before New Yorkers and announced that she had chosen my congressman, Antonio Delgado, to become the next lieutenant governor of the state of New York. One week later, the office of lieutenant governor remains vacant. Today, I'm asking why? Why has Gov. Hochul chosen to let this appointment linger?
