Assemblyman Chris Tague (R,C,I,Ref-Schoharie) is pleased to announce that seven libraries across the 102nd AD have received new funding from the State Education Department Public Library Construction Project to update and maintain their premises.

The libraries that received funding are as follows:

• Cherry Valley Memorial Library in Otsego County for the installation of an ADA compliant entrance and restroom along with energy efficiency upgrades.
• Worcester Free Library in Otsego County for a new parking lot and outdoor programming space.
• D.R. Evarts Library District in Greene County to make the library more ADA compliant, including ramp and restrooms.
• Rensselaerville Library in Greene County for electrical service upgrades and the creation of new study spaces.
• The Community Library in Schoharie County for new walkways to become ADA compliant.
• RCS Community Library in Albany County for the installation of solar panels and lighting upgrades.
• Town of Westerlo Public Library in Albany County to expand the parking lot to become ADA compliant.
