This past week, Assemblyman Dave McDonough (R,C,I – Merrick) honored Rhonda Faulkner of Bellmore with his 2009 Woman of Distinction Award. The award is given to women nominated by friends and family for outstanding service to the community in a variety of fields. Each woman receives an Assembly Citation thanking them for their tireless dedication to improving the quality of life in their community. Rhonda was one of fifteen women from the 19th Assembly District nominated and honored this year.
