McDonough Thanks Wantagh High School Junior Chamber Of Commerce For Participation In Annual Coat Drive
Assemblyman Dave McDonough (R,C,I-Merrick) recently met with members of the Wantagh High School Junior Chamber of Commerce to present the students and program advisor, Jamie Stanulis, with a New York State Citation honoring their participation in his 10th Annual Coats for Kids Campaign.
“The dedication of the students at Wantagh High School has been exceptional during this time of need,” said McDonough. “In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, our community has shown an unprecedented ability to unite in support of those less fortunate. Now, more than ever, we must come together to help our friends and neighbors. I want to thank everyone who has donated for their generosity, and I encourage all New Yorkers to make the most of this holiday season by spending time with family and friends and helping those still in need following Hurricane Sandy.”
McDonough is a past president of both the Merrick Chamber of Commerce and the Nassau County Council of Chambers of Commerce.
