Assemblyman Dave McDonough (R,C,I-Merrick) is pleased to inform residents that I Love My Park Day is coming to Jones Beach on May 4, 2013. The day, which allows volunteers to help clean up, improve and beautify local parks, was an outstanding success during the inaugural event last year.

“Jones Beach is not only a fabulous resource for residents in our community but it also attracts visitors from around the country during the summer months,” said McDonough. “Caring for our natural resources helps preserve these beautiful pieces of our state for generations to come. I sincerely hope everyone will take some time and visit the park on May 4 to help and come back to enjoy the beach throughout the summer.”
