Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo (D-Endwell) joined Assembly members Kevin Cahill, (Dutchess, Ulster Counties) and Aileen Gunther, (Orange, Sullivan Counties) with a written request to federal representatives Senator Charles E. Schumer, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and Congressman Maurice D. Hinchey for immediate consideration for emergency funding to aid the victims in their communities who have suffered great losses to their homes and businesses due to the recent floods.
