Instead of trying to clean up potential problems themselves, Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo (D-Endwell) is reminding the public of the 24-Hour Spill Hotline operated by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). To report a spill, call 1-800-457-7362.
