“As has been the case for some time, the Assembly Majority has squandered another year of session on frivolous, and often dangerous, legislation. From hampering police operations to ridiculous new taxation policies, I am very concerned with how New York will be performing in the long-term. As legislators return home for the year, I hope the ones who voted in favor for the policies that are most troubling will reflect on how to better serve the state as a whole in the future.”
