Peconic Bay Community Preservation Fund Revenues for January 2022 Total $24.69 Million
January 2022 revenue represents the highest monthly total in the history of the CPF; Monthly revenues increase by 17.2% over January 2021

Assemblyman Fred W. Thiele, Jr. (I-Sag Harbor) today reported that revenues for the Peconic Bay Community Preservation Fund (CPF) were $24.69 million for the Peconic Bay Region during January 2022, the highest monthly total in the history of the program. This compares with $21.07 million for January 2021. This is a 17.2% increase for the month compared with January 2021.Over the last 12 months, the CPF Fund has generated $214.26 million. Since its inception in 1999, the Peconic Bay Regional Community Preservation Fund has generated $1.835 billion. This is the 17th consecutive month that revenues have exceeded $10 million.
