“My colleagues in the Assembly and I have worked hard to increase funding for education, including universal Pre-K, provide fair tax relief, that will include a circuit breaker to help low and middle-income families and enact campaign finance reform that will include enforcement of those who break the law. It is encouraging to hear Governor Cuomo back these principles and I look forward to partnering with him to see these important policy agenda’s through. It is also important to continue our economic development efforts in the Greater Rochester Area to create more local jobs. I applaud an investment of $200 million for the Eastman Business Park, a project that is long-over-due and will make a significant impact on the local economy and our families. I am eager to get to work toward the passage of a budget that will ensure our state and our families move forward.”
