Assemblyman Jeff Gallahan (R,C-Manchester) on Wednesday completed the distribution of 2,000 COVID-19 tests and 1,000 KN95 masks obtained from the state to residents of the 131st Assembly District from his district office in Geneva. Reservations and distribution took place over the course of three days, providing much-needed but difficult-to-obtain pandemic resources to hundreds of families throughout the area.

“With hospitals filling up and shelves in our grocery and drug stores emptying, I was glad to have an opportunity to get vital supplies into the hands of families who need them,” said Gallahan. “I thank the governor for her assistance in obtaining these materials for the residents of our district. I hope we can continue to work together in the future to address the urgent needs of the community as we contend with rapidly-changing public health circumstances.”
