“New York’s insatiable appetite for spending has resulted in a state budget practically bursting at the seams. The Texas and Florida budgets combined do not equal the size of our proposed budget despite having twice the population. Finalizing this budget is the first step toward getting our state moving in the right direction, and until its completion, New York’s economic outlook will not improve.”
