Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz has met with Steven Mitnick, CEO of the Conjunction LLC, regarding the proposed industrial building in Spuyten-Duyvil as part of a major power project.

The Assemblyman expressed his concern over any building in Spuyten-Duyvil. Councilman Oliver Koppell feels the same way with regards to construction in the community. Mr. Mitnick said that his group would explore other locations for their building.

"I am against any project that includes building in Spuyten-Duyvil. I am happy that other sites are being looked at for this project. Councilman Koppell and I will continue to oppose the construction of a building of any size in the community of Spuyten-Duyvil," said Dinowitz.
