“From the outset, I have called for a thorough investigation into Gov. Andrew Cuomo for the multiple allegations of sexual harassment from many of his female staffers. I would like to thank Attorney General Letitia James and the special investigators, Ms. Clark and Mr. Kim, who handled this inquiry with professionalism. Those who came forward with sexual harassment allegations against the governor and the people of New York deserved to get to the bottom of this. I commend these victims for coming forward even when it was very difficult. Now it is time for the Legislature to remove the governor if he does not do the right thing by resigning immediately.”
