Assemblyman John Lemondes (R,C,I-Lafayette), Sen. George M. Borrello, and members of the state Legislature will be hosting a joint press conference on Wednesday, July 20 at 10:30 a.m. at Elly’s Acres regarding the introduction of the ‘Ag Ed Expansion’ bill (A.9230/S.8641), which would direct all publicly-funded schools to provide in-depth instruction on agriculture in elementary, middle and high school.

Following the press conference, Assemblyman Lemondes will guide interested guests across the farm to observe its local operations.
