Lemondes Presents Sam Grant Funding to Tully Library
Assemblyman John Lemondes (R,C-Lafayette) presented the Tully Library with state funds today awarded through the State and Municipal Facilities Community Resiliency, Economic Sustainability, and Technology (SAM/CREST) program. Libraries continue to provide indispensable resources to the community at large, from free access to a plethora of reading and research materials to reliable internet access, and Tully Library is no different. Lemondes is proud to see the library receive further support as it continues to serve the community.
“I think many of us take libraries for granted, but they continue to serve a unilaterally important role in our communities today, and I’m glad to be part of ensuring Tully Library has the resources it needs to continue its work,” Lemondes said. “The benefits of the SAM grant program continue to prove that this support is critical to ensuring community progress continues. I’m proud to congratulate Tully Library on this funding and look forward to supporting all our community libraries for years to come.”
