“Every day, new allegations are disclosed of sexual harassment, inappropriate workplace conduct and misconduct regarding our state’s nursing homes. As New York works to pass a budget, deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and our state’s economic recovery, we need a Governor who can focus on the job at hand and not damage control for their own scandals.

“It’s clear that Andrew Cuomo no longer has the confidence of the members of his own party, the members of the state legislature and the people of this state. It is time for the Governor to resign and failing that, my colleagues in the legislature must begin impeachment proceedings.”
