“This legislative session, I will be fighting for safety and support for middle-class families throughout the state. It’s an unfortunate reality we have all been affected by the opioid and fentanyl crisis in some capacity. As we begin the new year, my focus will be on tackling this monumental issue head-on so we can help protect our children and teens and also help everyone feel safer in their day-to-day lives. I am looking forward to the weeks ahead and am hopeful this legislative session will yield meaningful discussion and constructive solutions to issues facing our state.”
