“We’re hearing there may be an additional $600 million in expected windfall funds, and I believe that money should be invested in upstate New York. We’ve paid more than our fair share and haven’t seen much in return from the state. We should evenly distribute these funds to bolster economic development, properly fund our schools, or repair the broken local bridges and roads. The funds really need to be invested here.”
