“The governor is delusional if he thinks he is going to get any groundbreaking overhaul of Common Core from his newly-formed education task force, which is essentially the same panel that developed our state’s Common Core standards in the first place. The task force should include more voices of educators and other stakeholders. If the governor wants a ‘total reboot’ of education, he should start fresh, with fresh minds and ideas.”
