NYC begins COVID-19 Vaccinations for Homebound Seniors: New York City is proving in-home Covid-19 vaccinations (Johnson & Johnson) to eligible NYC residents who are fully homebound, have not already been vaccinated, and do not already have access to a vaccination program. Fully homebound seniors living in NYC can express interest in the vaccination program here:

Eviction Moratorium & Hardship Declaration Form Explained

Tenants can submit a “Hardship Declaration” to have all evictions/legal proceedings automatically stopped until May 1, 2020. Any landlord who wants to evict a tenant MUST give them a hardship declaration form.

Tenants, if you are unable to pay rent or move because: You have lost income due to Covid-19; Your expenses increased due to Covid-19; You can’t afford moving expenses; If someone in my household is at high risk for Covid-19. You still have time to fill out the “Hardship Declaration” Form!
