“Gov. Cuomo’s 2019 State of the State Address was another tirade favoring New York City and downstate values. It’s troubling that this governor makes no mention of real ethics reform or any actual infrastructure development for upstate. Not to mention providing relief for hard-working middle-class families who can barely making ends meet. Once again, the weather isn’t the only thing that’s tempting our residents to flee New York State.”
