Assemblyman Durso to Co-Sponsor a Free Virtual Workshop on Financing Your Education

Assemblyman Michael Durso, in partnership with the New York State Department of Financial Services’ Student Protection Unit and the West Islip Public Library, is co-sponsoring a free virtual “Financing Your Education” workshop on Monday, April 11, 2022, where participants will learn about options available to finance a college education. This presentation will focus on filling out the FAFSA, and how various types of aid, including grants, scholarships, and federal student aid work study program, are used to finance an education.
