New York State Assemblyman Michael Durso, in partnership with the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office, is holding a Senior Medical ID Card program on Wednesday, July 19^th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the West Islip Public Library located at 3 Higbie Lane in West Islip. The program is free and open to Suffolk County residents 50 years old and older. 

The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office Medical ID Cards assist seniors or those with medical needs to keep all required medical information available on a small card with them at all times in case of emergency.
