Assemblyman Durso, Legislator McCaffrey, & Lindy Cares/Town of Babylon Cares Coalition Held a School Supply Drive in West Babylon

New York State Assemblyman Michael Durso, in partnership with Suffolk County Legislator Kevin McCaffrey, and Lindy Cares/Town of Babylon Cares Coalition, recently held a School Supply Drive at West Babylon High School. Approximately 200 backpacks full of supplies were handed out to local students to kickstart a successful school year.
“This event was a huge success thanks to the donations from community members, local businesses and organizations,” said Assemblyman Durso. “Because of their generosity, we were able provide kids with backpacks stuffed with the tools they need to reach their full potential this school year. A special thank you to Lindy Cares/Town of Babylon Cares Coalition and Ridgewood Savings Bank of West Babylon for supporting our communities!”
