New York State Assemblyman Michael Durso (R – Massapequa Park) recently joined Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray and New York State Senator Steven Rhoads at Nassau BOCES GC Tech’s first annual Career Signing Day at the Levittown Memorial Education Center.

The event is a celebration acknowledging GC Tech students who will be entering the work force, full-time in their chosen career, trade, or who will be joining the military service.

“It was an honor to speak to the students, parents, and administrators at Career Signing Day,” said Assemblyman Durso. “Being a graduate of Nassau BOCES, I know first-hand that the programs at GC Tech teach students the necessary skills, knowledge and characteristics to be successful in their future careers. I congratulate the students on their achievement and wish them much success!”
