Assemblyman Durso Hosts Food Drive to Benefit North Babylon Food Pantry

Assemblyman Michael Durso is hosting a food drive, in coordination with Congressman Andrew Garbarino, the Lions Club of North Babylon and The Emily Meyer Foundation, this Saturday, May 29th from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at St. Paul’s Reformed Church in North Babylon.

Assemblyman Durso is hoping residents and community organizations to kindly provide non-perishable food and drinks, fresh eggs, shelf milk, household items, personal care items, and toiletries.All items collected will be given to the North Babylon Food Pantry, operated by St. Paul’s Church, to benefit local families in need.This contactless drive-thru event will follow COVID-19 protocols, you don’t even have to leave your car.For more information, please contact Assemblyman Durso’s office at 516-541-4598.
