Fresh Meadows, NY – Assemblywoman Nily Rozic (D, Fresh Meadows) installed the new student government senators at M.S. 216 George J. Ryan. Both the students and the school community expressed excitement and pride as these young leaders took their oaths of office, ready to serve and represent their peers.

During the ceremony, Assemblywoman Rozic encouraged the new representatives to approach their roles with a spirit of service, inclusivity, and responsibility. She emphasized the importance of leadership in building a school environment where every student feels valued and heard.
