Flushing, NY–Assemblywoman Nily Rozic (D, WF-Fresh Meadows) attended the Flushing Lunar New Year Parade on Saturday. Rozic joined Congresswoman Grace Meng, Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, Assemblyman Ron Kim, and Council Member Peter Koo for the celebrations. Before kicking off the parade, Rozic presented Flushing Chinese Business Association President Liu Tee Shu and Executive Director Peter Tu with a State Assembly Resolution and Proclamation commemorating the Year of the Monkey and their organizing of the annual parade.
