Rozic Joins P.S. 46Q for Technology Lab Ribbon Cutting
February 10, 2016
Oakland Gardens, NY–Assemblywoman Nily Rozic (D, WF-Fresh Meadows) celebrated the opening of P.S. 46Q’s computer technology lab with students and faculty. The new lab will further the school’s STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) program — a curriculum that involves formal presentations of projects that focus on hands-on application and group collaboration. Rozic was joined by Council Member Barry Grodenchik for the ribbon cutting ceremony that followed a student-led performance.
