“Today’s announcement invests in building and securing stronger communities in Syracuse. For far too long, hardworking families in our neighborhoods have struggled to find a pathway to home ownership. These grants, through NYS Homes and Community Renewal, will give low- and middle-income residents the opportunity of homeownership with low down payments as well as assistance in the renovation of their homes.
