Pheffer Amato Encourages Residents to Participate in Final Queens Bus Redesign Hearing

South Queens, NY – New York State Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato is encouraging residents of South Queens to make their voices heard at the upcoming public hearing for the Queens Bus Redesign Plan on Wednesday, July 24. The meeting will be a hybrid model, with an in-person option at Queens Borough Hall and a Zoom option for those who wish to publicly testify.

“Bus services are an integral part of our lives and directly impact how members of our community get around. I appreciate the MTA making a hybrid option so more people can participate. During the ongoing redesign process, I’ve worked with my constituents to elevate concerns over some of the MTA’s proposals, and this additional hearing is a chance to further cement how our community feels about our bus services and what we need going forward,” said Assemblywoman Pheffer Amato.
