April 28, 2020
More than a week ago, Assembly Minority politicians called for a region-by-region assessment with specific protocols and a tangible plan delivered by April 30 on how to restart our economy.
Since that time, New Yorkers have heard little else from this administration besides recognizing two lieutenant governors, a few dozen names on a curious advisory board and a few verbal acknowledgements that a regional reopening is the correct approach.
We are in financial freefall. New Yorkers need more than were working on it.
