For nearly 40 years, Tom was a dedicated friend and a fixture in Chenango County, doing everything in his power to help his community, provide guidance to candidates and make upstate New York a better place to live. In his capacity as County Chairman, he served with honesty, integrity and in a manner that was truly admired by all those who were fortunate enough to work with him.
