  • Enhances Excelsior Jobs to encourage private sector job creation through expanded tax credits

  • Enhances the Linked Deposit Program to provide businesses access to the working capital they need to implement a viable business strategy

  • Provides funding for regional economic development councils — fostering a locally-based approach to job creation

  • Creates Recharge New York, a program that doubles the amount of low-cost power available to businesses
