Assemblyman, Ed Ra.
Nice to
meet you.
New York State has spent too much time taxing and spending rather than helping our communities. Too busy with an out-of-control budget deficit, our elected officials lost sight of who they were elected to represent: our communities. I’m ready to get to work for our communities and for you.
I’m a lifelong resident of Long Island. When you’re raised here, you should be able to afford to stay here. My wife, Laura, and I are aware of the challenges we all face each day. Families across Long Island demand a fair property tax cap, quality and affordable healthcare, and creating jobs in our communities.
I’m ready to get to work in Albany to help protect our communities!
-
Get our fair share of school aid for our community schools;
-
Put Main Street needs before Wall Street greed;
-
Make Belmont great again;
-
Provide incentives and opportunities for our young people to stay;
-
Make healthcare accessible and affordable for all; and
-
Promote economic growth to keep our family and friends in the community.
